Marc is an incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and thorough home inspector. I have engaged him twice to conduct home inspections and in both cases he delivered incredibly detailed reports with photos showing every area of concern with the house. The report Marc generates has been a useful tool when considering what repairs might be requested of a Seller as well. I used the report to guide what estimates I needed, and then built my request to the Seller on that. In the first report, Marc found mold in an attic space which the Seller was not aware of, but which needed to be remediated. In the second report, Marc found that the Radon levels of the home were too high, again, something that the second Seller knew nothing about. The second Seller even ran their own Radon report, but could not dispute the findings. Marc is THE GUY you want to Inspect your prospective home before you buy it. I would highly recommend him, and would certainly use his services again in the future.
